Returns and Cancellations
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. All sales are final unless your product(s) is damaged in transit. Items ship directly from the manufacturer. Please inspect all items upon receipt for damages. If a product is damaged, document the damage with photographs of the product and packaging and contact SideDoor customer service. The SideDoor team will arrange for a repair or replacement from the manufacturer.
Processing & Shipping
All prices include shipping, handling fees, and threshold delivery. As these vendors are to-the-trade only, in-stock items may take up to 2-3 weeks to process. You will receive email communication from SideDoor regarding the status of your order, when your order has been processed and when it is ready to ship. Most furniture will be shipped via a local freight carrier who will call you to schedule a delivery date when your furniture is ready for delivery.
The Threshold Delivery method means that your furniture will be delivered immediately inside your home or left on your doorstep. Threshold delivery does not include placing products in a specific room, assembly, or removal of the original packaging. For these services, please select the White Glove delivery method available at checkout for an additional charge. White Glove delivery includes product placement, removal of packaging, and light assembly. For larger furniture items, we recommend the White Glove delivery service.
All pricing is determined by the internet minimum advertising price (IMAP) set by the manufacturer. Keep in mind all prices include shipping, handling fees, and threshold delivery.
